We are a husband and wife team and love working together, love weddings, love people and love cake!

We have been photographing weddings for 17 years and have shot over 550 now and so we do have a lot of experience. Prior to that Martin was a photographer from the age of 15 and worked in art studios in London from 16. Debbie was a fashion buyer for Selfridges, London and worked with big designers in the fashion world.

We love stories in our house; both of our boys are avid readers and nothing beats a good story. Wedding photography is the telling of a story from start to finish. Every single photograph tells its own tale: when couples see their own images after the wedding they literally re-live the day and laugh and sometimes cry about how the photos feel, smell and taste….

That's how much they make everything come back to life!

Beyond these passions to tell the story, capture history and make each and every image one that families will look back and love, the other massive driving force is to make everything, and particularly you, look the most stylish, beautiful, amazing and magical as possible. We try to match and even exceed the bride's own dreams of her day. Our background in fashion and art has sometimes led people to describe our photography as "fashion photography at weddings”; a good thing we think. We are influenced by Avedon, Leibowitz, Caravaggio and Millais and we make no apology for this.

The satisfaction for us is a job well done, a happy bride, groom and family and last of all the reviews we get. Reviews for us are humbling and emotive and basically mean the world, we hope they are a truer picture of our performance and if couples are satisfied. FAQs

What services do you provide?

We have full day, half day and highlights packages.

They all include a pre wedding meeting to enable us to get to know each other more and to discuss how you want the day covered, the venues and timings, family shots and images you love.

A full day's photography covers from 2 hours prior to the ceremony all the way through until around 30 minutes after the first dance. The half day covers 2 hours before the ceremony until you are seated for your wedding breakfast.

And the highlights package is a 4 hour slot to cover the main parts of the day for those who are having a shorter, smaller day or who still want the Martin Vaughan look but wish to spend a little less.

A second photographer is included for FREE so that different angles of the day can be covered and also so that where appropriate exceptional lighting can be provided for those fabulous family shots, portraits and iconic dramatic hero shots.

All of your images are then individually professionally edited by me (NO recipe is applied to the whole set) and made as beautiful as possible.

You then receive your high resolution images on a branded USB in a gift box, normally around 2 weeks after the day. Story book albums are £325 and our "unique" fashion magazines are £135. You are welcome to post any images online, share the images with family and friends and print them or indeed make your own album if you wish.
