About Hardy’s Events & Catering

We are husband and wife team, Matt and Lou Hardy and we’re here to make your special event go with a bang. We provide an end-to-end catering experience for customers across the North West and beyond, bringing fun, fine food, and a festival atmosphere to any event. We cater weddings, birthday parties, and any other kind of celebration you choose to throw, as well as corporate events and more.

Since we started this crazy adventure in 2015, we have catered for hundreds of events up and down the country, though centred around the North West and Wales. In that time, we have earned ourselves a reputation as one of the region’s top independent caterers. We have much to offer our customers across the region and beyond, from bespoke food and drink menus, to elaborate event tipis, and, of course, our famous ‘Big Dub of Love’ vans.

What catering services do you provide?

We provide full catering, sit down formal three Course wedding breakfast, Banquet meals, canapés, street food for evening. Weekend catering for those having a festival style wedding weekend.

How much does it cost to hire your services?

A price per head does depend on many factors. Style of menu, type of food requested and service style. Also the setting up of kitchens, street food trucks, and the different elements required for the menu created for the client. Prices start from £25 per head for the menu.

Do you cater for special dietary needs?

We will cater for all dietary needs and ensure those with allergies are fully catered for and have as much choice as possible. We ask for our clients to communicate with their guests prior to the event and let us know of any dietary issues we need to consider.

Do you supply tableware?

we will order and organise delivery of all tableware. using quality suppliers that suit our clients budgets.

Do you supply waiting staff?

Yes we provide all front of house staff and kitchen staff.

Does we need to supply you with anything on the day?

We know it depends on the venue and location - Running water and power is always helpful! But we are experienced in catering in many different locations so we can adapt.
